Shipping options
For shipments to the United Kingdom, Agualab will select the transport company that best suits the day of purchase, since delivery days may vary and depending on the company selected.
Free shipping over £200 applies exclusively to the UK. Buyers should take care when receiving merchandise as it may incur additional charges at UK customs.
Shipments to Italy, France, Portugal, Germany, Holland, United Kingdom and U.S.A.
Shipments to countries of the European community, Uk, U.S.A. and Latin American countries, leave with all the necessary documentation, certificates, security sheets, customs registration registered with the public treasury, etc.
Our experience in international shipments means that your orders arrive without problems and in a minimum time established between 3, 5 and 10 days. In addition, we have all the legal registrations as manufacturers of chemical products.
If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m., it will no longer be able to leave the Agualab warehouse, so the customer will have to wait until the next business day.
The customer can make the purchase on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the sole condition that the order will leave on Monday, as long as it is not a holiday. When the product leaves the warehouse on Monday or a weekday, it will arrive the following day before 2:00 p.m. or in 24/48 hours depending on the shipping option that the customer has chosen.
Right of withdrawal of the order
For the convenience of the client, we have implemented the right to withdraw the order, however, this can only be done if the order has not left the Agualab warehouse. In this way, the company will not charge any cost for the resignation of the order and the full amount paid will be refunded immediately.
What happens if the product has already been shipped? If the product has already left the warehouse and the customer withdraws from the order, the delivery will be cancelled. However, the customer will be deducted the cost of round-trip shipping, then the remaining money will be returned.
